Balkan Programs and Premium Extended Support are digital products delivered as downloadable files and digital services. The following applies to your purchase.
Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
As a consumer in the UK you normally have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
Digital content exception
For digital content supplied by download, you agree that we begin supplying it immediately after purchase, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right to cancel once the download or access has begun. By purchasing and immediately downloading or accessing the product, you give this consent.
If your right to cancel still applies
Where the download has not begun, you may cancel within 14 days by a clear statement (e.g. an email to support@balkan.consulting). We will refund all payments received without undue delay and within 14 days using your original payment method.
Faulty or inaccessible products
If you experience any technical problem accessing your product, contact support@balkan.consulting and we will fix it or provide a refund where required by law. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
